We're proud to announce the official launch of our strategic
partnership with Southwest Airlines®, launching in the marketplace today, (19th
August 2025).
This collaboration, delivered through Experience Connector, our
global B2B2C tours and activities distribution platform, marks a significant
milestone in both companies’ commitment to delivering seamless, flexible, and
unforgettable travel experiences to customers across North America and beyond.
The partnership will debut as part of Southwest’s new Getaways by Southwest™
product, which brings Southwest’s vacation packages in-house, offering curated
travel packages to over 30 destinations including Las Vegas, Orlando, Hawaii,
Cancun, Punta Cana, and Montego Bay.
The partnership debuts with premium airport transfer services, now live in select
leisure destinations, with expansion into additional verticals planned throughout
2025 and 2026. Through API integration, Getaways by SouthwestTM can seamlessly access Experience Connector’s content, enabling customers to book ground transfers as part of their getaway packages.
The technology provides automated connectivity, scalable distribution, and efficient fulfilment — creating value for both trade partners and travellers.
