Here at Attraction World, we want to make your life as easy as possible when it comes to the world of Attractions! That's why we've introduced a 'Frequently Asked Questions' section to our website where hopefully some of your questions can be answered immediately. If you ever find that there is something you want to find out, then make sure you check here first as we may just already found the answer for you!

How do I get my e-tickets?
Full instructions on how to print and access your e-tickets can be found under 'Agent Functions'.
When can I expect to receive e-tickets?
Tickets are released 4 weeks prior to your customer's departure. If your booking is made within these 4 weeks your e-tickets/vouchers will be available upon booking – unless the attractions you have booked require a confirmation from our supplier. In this instance we will endeavour to get these to you within 2 working days.
What happens if we lose our e-tickets?
The beauty of e-tickets is they can be reprinted. So if they are misplaced or your customer loses them you can simply print another copy or you can contact us and we will issue another set for you.
Do your attractions/experiences have to be booked for a specific date?
All attractions (except our Experience World product) need to be for a specific date – particularly tours where we have to confirm these with our supplier in resort. It is very important to put the correct date on the booking.
Do you offer any discounts for group bookings?
We will always endeavour to get you the best possible price on a group booking. Please call or email our Attractions Helpline with the details.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please refer to full details of our booking conditions by either clicking here or by visiting our 'About Us' section on our website.
Do all our bookings earn the same commission level?
Your commission level can be found under 'Agent Functions'. Apart from our 'Special Offer' tickets - including The ONE and other Florida packages that are at a reduced commission – normal commission levels apply.
How can I find a particular product or attraction?
If you know the name of the attraction you are looking for then simply enter it in the keyword search. Alternatively you can use our drop down menu at the top of the page and hover over the particular country you are looking for.
How are your pages organised?
As you will be able to see when you choose an option from our drop down menu or search for a particular region, our top 5 must-do's will be listed first and the rest of our products will then be listed in order of bestsellers.
Do you produce a brochure? How can I get hold of copies?
You can order copies of our reference guide online or via BP.
Is there any way I can download posters to use as either handouts or in window displays?
Simply look under 'Agent Functions' and locate the 'Downloadable Posters' where you will be able to find all our posters in both colour and black and white. Our posters contain information on our best selling products including any offers we are currently running, a small description and prices.
How can I access the Weekly E-Update?
If you head to the bottom of this page, you will be able to see a link to the 'Weekly E-update' under the 'Useful Info' column. Simply click this to bring up a copy of the most up-to-date e-update.
I'd like to have the Weekly E-Update emailed to me, how can I do this?
If you would like to receive a copy of our e-update every Thursday, then simply enter your email address in the sign- up box at the bottom of the page.
